There is no Great Lakes coordination fee. Eligible approved rides are provided at no cost to the passenger and must be confirmed before pickup.

Receive confirmation
The requester receives the scheduled pickup details when the ride is approved.

Arrival is tracked
The ride status stays attached to the housing referral or placement workflow.

Transportation can be attached to an active Great Lakes referral, scheduled intake, or move-in. A referral ID helps us coordinate faster but is not required to submit a request.
