What this showcase collects
The housing referral walkthrough on this showcase does not send information to a server. Anything you type stays in your browser’s session memory and is cleared when you close the tab. No real names, dates of birth, health information, identification, financial information, or documents are collected or stored by this showcase.
How the live platform would handle information
- Collect only the information necessary to process a referral or provider listing.
- Release applicant identity to a provider only at an authorized stage of matching.
- Keep exact property addresses private unless a provider opts to display them.
- Separate internal notes and investigation records from applicant-visible information.
- Provide consent notices at the point information is collected.
