Service limits
- Submitting a referral or transportation request does not guarantee acceptance, placement, or a confirmed ride.
- Availability, rates, and provider criteria must be confirmed during placement.
- It does not verify provider licensing, insurance, or regulatory compliance beyond the review process described on this site.
- It is not medical care, treatment, assisted living, or emergency shelter.

Referral information is used for housing search, provider matching, screening coordination, placement, and related transportation. Access is limited by role and by the user’s connection to the referral.
Provider standards
Providers who participate in the live platform agree to standards covering accurate availability and pricing, respectful communication, timely responses, safe housing, privacy, and complaint cooperation, described on the Provider Standards & Pricing page.
